Committed to Your Growth, from First Meeting to Independent Licensure

Individual Clinical Supervision for Associates in Washington State

Supervision is a space to reflect, grow, and be supported as both a therapist and a person. My approach integrates clinical depth with a steady, relational presence — helping you think deeply about your work, stay connected to your values, and sustain yourself in this field.

With nearly two decades of clinical experience and as a Washington state approved supervisor, I bring a calm, grounded perspective to supervision. I don’t get flustered by difficult cases or uncertainty; instead, we slow down, make meaning, and build confidence in your own clinical voice.

Supporting the Whole Therapist

I don’t believe supervision is just about checking a box or documentation — it’s about sustaining the human who does this work. Together, we’ll explore what challenges and nourishes you as a clinician, integrating both professional and personal reflection.

I also draw on my experience building two private practices to support the practical side of the work — the business, boundaries, and administrative pieces that help you stay grounded.

What individual supervision looks like with me:

We’ll talk about

  • your clients and their goals

  • how you're documenting your work while protecting your clients

  • marketing, websites, networking, outreach

  • decision making about fees, cancellation policies, and insurance

  • boundaries, taking time off

  • clinical conceptualizations

  • how our health care system impacts your clients and your work

  • how our codes of ethics intersect with potentially harmful systems like child protective services

  • cultural humility, social location, and lived experience

  • studying for the clinical exam

  • whatever is top of mind that affects you as human showing up for this work where we sit with other people’s narratives, emotions, and nervous systems

I continue to engage in my own consultation and continuing education about supervision, with a focus on providing anti-oppression / anti-racist care and supervision. As a queer and ADHD therapist, I am LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergence affirming. My work is also centered in body liberation and disability justice. I aim to bring these lenses into our discussions and welcome you bringing own perspectives, lived and clinical experience, and values.

I primarily see individual adults, addressing issues including mood, anxiety, chronic and childhood trauma, family building, perinatal mental health, parenting, attachment, transitions, roles and identities, body image, disordered eating, and weight stigma in my therapeutic work. I’ve found that there needs to be some alignment in our work so that I can provide you with the supervision you deserve.

I hope to get to know you, what brings you to this work, what sustains you. And I want to celebrate your successes, learning, and growth!
